You can easily add the Viafix Fast checkout option to your webshop with a simple link. But even without a webshop you can now easily sell your articles and services remotely. In the Viafix portal you can generate order codes in the form of hyperlinks and QR codes in an instant, which you can use in all your marketing. From now on, orders can also be placed from, for example, a shop window, advertisement, commercial, e-mail or letter.

After activating your account you can start creating response codes and linking your webshop.

Most smartphones today have a built-in QR scanner.

Scanning a QR code then proceeds as follows:
1. Open your camera app.
2. Point your camera at the QR code as if you were taking a photo.
3. Visualize the QR code completely.
4. The smartphone will recognize the Q code and show the option to open the QR code link.
5. Tap this option.
With some older models, the camera app does not automatically recognize the QR code. Various free apps can be found in the App Store / Google Play for those who search for ‘QR’.
But it is of course easiest to use the free Viafix app in that case.

Privacy

At Viafix, privacy is of paramount importance. That is why data is processed in Europe and under European law.

Since 25 May 2018, the same privacy legislation applies throughout the EU: the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). (English: General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) )

Personal data stored in the Viafix app is the property of the user of the app. Data sent by a user belongs to the party to whom the transmission is addressed. This is usually the provider of a service or product who needs this information in order to provide the service or product.

Viafix itself does nothing with personal data, other than storing it securely encrypted until it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was provided. They are then removed by Viafix.

Unlike many other apps and websites, Viafix collects absolutely no personal data from its users. Data that is stored in the Viafix app for repeated use is therefore not stored at Viafix, but on your own phone and can be managed by the user himself. That is why no account is required to use Viafix.

Data encryption or data encryption is a technique to convert readable data (text) into unreadable data (code strings). This technique is used to ensure that data is unusable if unauthorized persons obtain it. Only those with the key can make the incomprehensible data series readable again.

Viafix uses data encryption, among other things, to protect the privacy of its users.
